The Neepawa Natives defeated Dauphin 7-4 on Friday night on home ice, earning their 30th victory of the year.

 

Natives' Coach Bryant Perrier was thankful for the victory and the solid crowd that showed up to watch the game.

 

"We are grateful for all of the people who came out to cheer our guys on tonight," said the coach. "It meant a lot to our guys. We are glad we could give back a win to our great fans. They deserve it."

 

The Natives head to Waywayseecappo tomorrow night to take on the Wolverines.

 

The coach says his group will be ready for a solid Wayway team.

 

"They can be a tough two points. We will be ready."
