Natives Make Two Trades

With the regular season right around the corner, the Natives have already started to fine tune its roster.

The first trade of the day involved the Blues. Headed to Winnipeg is twenty year old forward Braeden Binda while nineteen year old forward Cam Olstad comes our way. Cam is an all around hockey player who has tremendous upside and skill.

From everyone within the Natives organization we would like to thank Braeden for everything he has done not only on the ice but in the community as well. We wish him nothing but the best.

In a second deal with the Drayton Valley Thunder in the Alberta Junior Hockey League, coming to Neepawa is 19 year old forward Michael Boutoussov.  Michael calls Anaheim, California home and brings speed and a great work ethic to the club. In his rookie season Michael played 57 games with the Thunder while obtained 6 goals, 14 assists for 20 points.

Welcome Michael and Cam to Neepawa
