Job Title: Manager of Marketing – Partnership Services

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Committee

Basic Function: Manage the strategic development and execution of partnership marketing programs for Hockey Club. Work with an assigned group of board members.

Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage and execute contractual elements within a portfolio of corporate accounts
Understand and articulate sponsors’ marketing, sports marketing and hockey marketing objectives
Develop meaningful relationships throughout each sponsor’s organization
Play a key role in renewal of sponsorship agreements
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:


Previous experience is an asset but not required
Experience activating integrated digital and social media partnerships preferred
Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and consistently meet deadlines
Creativity and entrepreneurial tendencies
Work Conditions:

Standard office equipment
Must be willing to work long hours, irregular schedules and weekend

Commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position, with a base salary plus generous commission.
