Parker Allison Commits to Buffalo State Bengals

The Neepawa Natives would like to congratulate veteran defenseman, Parker Allison, on his recent college commitment. Parker is committing to the Buffalo State Bengals, making him the first graduating player of the Natives to move on to the NCAA ranks this season.

Parker has recently signed with the Bengals who were third in their conference this season with an 8-6-2 record. The Buffalo Bengals are a member of the NCAA III – State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC). Dating back to 1993, the team has had a successful history compiling 236 wins. In recent times, coach Steve Murphy has led the Bengals to a successful 61-35-10 record over the last four seasons.

Buffalo State College is a public college in Buffalo, New York with an enrollment of over 9,000 students. The Bengals play their games on campus at the 1,800 seat Buffalo State Sports Arena.

Allison was acquired by the Natives in November, playing 41 games with the club. As one of the graduating players from last season, Parker accumulated two goals and eight assists while manning the blue line as a defenseman. The Texas native played an important role with the Neepawa Natives this past season and we would like to wish him future success with the Bengals.
